DCDM Color Space only XYZ?
« on: July 22, 2015, 05:06:07 AM »
Hi,
can the Tiff files of a DCDM have sRGB / rec709 color space or do they have to be in XYZ?

In a pure DCDM workflow, the TIFF images should be in XYZ prior to encoding to JPEG2000. However, in practice, many of the DCP tools will perform the XYZ conversion during the encoding process from sRGB/REC709 TIFF images.
